A little About Me

Somewhere between my therapy sessions and my personal thoughts, this blog happened. I write about mental health, identity, and relationships, not necessarily from a clinical perspective, but from more of a relational and human one.

I’m a therapist by training, and someone who has loved to write over time. For the people who are curious, For the ones who aren’t sure what they’re feeling, just that they’re feeling it a lot.

Pull up a chair. Browse around. Something might land.

Background

Before working in my current position as a therapist in a group practice, I worked in community based care, including work in restorative justice with youth, teens, and families courtesy of the Travis County Transformation project, My work in community care laid the foundation for the trauma-informed, relational lens I currently bring to my work and writings today.
